Fairly Odd Red Skull

Here is my result from mixing The Red Skull with The Fairly Odd Parents. The main challenge that I encountered was trying to get the head in correct proportions with the head shape from The Fairly Odd Parents. I had to keep in mind that he needed a skull shaped head, but also have a connection with the shape of the head from a character from The Fairly Odd Parents.
